I purchased a pair of the suede ankle boots. Ordering was straightforward on their website; it's clean and easy to navigate. Shipping took 6 business days from order placement to delivery in Texas, which is acceptable. The boots arrived in a sturdy box, each boot individually bagged, and included a dust bag which was a nice touch. The suede quality is excellent, very supple and evenly colored. I found them true to size for my usual 7.5. The heel height is comfortable for walking, and the zipper felt robust. My only minor critique is that the sole felt a little slick on certain indoor surfaces initially, but that might just need some wear to scuff up. Overall, a solid luxury purchase.
Good quality, slower delivery
I ordered the leather loafers and they arrived well-packaged. The quality of the leather is really nice, very soft and comfortable right away. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected for a luxury brand. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about tracking, though.
